Investing in a Thistle Hill Puppy

At Thistle Hill, we raise a small number of thoughtfully planned litters each year, with a focus on temperament, health, structure, and long-term success. Our puppies are raised in our home, with early training, intentional socialization, and lifelong support for the families who welcome them.

Bringing home a Thistle Hill puppy is not simply a purchase; it’s a long-term commitment, supported by a breeder who remains involved for the life of the dog.

Pricing

Thistle Hill puppies are typically priced between $2,800–$3,800.

Pricing may vary slightly depending on the specific pairing, health testing and titles of the parents, and the overall investment required for that litter. We do not price based on gender, color, eye color, or markings. Our goal is transparency and fairness.

Please note:
Breeding or show rights are offered on a limited, approval-only basis and may include an additional fee.

Why Pricing May Vary

While the foundation of our program remains consistent, some pairings require a significantly higher investment.

This may include:

  • Outside or highly accomplished stud dogs

  • Additional health testing and evaluations

  • Show or working titles that reflect proven structure and temperament

  • Travel or specialized reproductive care

These decisions are made thoughtfully and with the dogs’ well-being as the top priority. Any variation in pricing reflects real-world costs, not perceived exclusivity.
