At Thistle Hill, our boys are more than just part of the program — they’re part of the family. They’re known for their goofy charm, loyal hearts, and sound structure. While we often work with select outside studs to strengthen our lines, these boys will always be at the center of our hearts (and usually underfoot in the kitchen).

Description: Kiro was our foundation stud and the heart of our early breeding program. Though officially retired as of July 2025, his influence carries forward in his lovely puppies. Despite his wooly coat, Kiro exemplifies strong structure, classic breed type, and a sweet, stable temperament. He’s known for producing balanced, versatile puppies — including one who earned their National, International, and Honors Baby Championship and placed Group 3 twice in the Working Group ring. At home, he’s the goofball-in-chief and an all-time favorite for visitors and family alike.
