Why This Pairing
Reba and Forest complement each other structurally in the ways that matter: matching side gait, reach, and drive, with Forest bringing her size down to a more moderate, standard range without overcorrecting. What we did not expect, but were glad to find, was how well their temperaments lined up too. Both dogs are even-keeled, affable, and remarkably low-maintenance to have around, which made the entire process straightforward in a way breedings do not always go. We are expecting consistent, typey puppies from a pairing that was, honestly, a pleasure to see through.
Meet the Dam - Reba
Reba is a red and white Siberian Husky, AKC Grand Champion, UKC Champion, and IABCA International Champion, and she carries all of it with the kind of stoic focus you want to see in the ring.
That version of her disappears the moment she gets home. There, she is the nap queen of the house, quiet and a little quirky, with a sweetness that shows up in small gestures rather than big ones: a gentle boop, a soft hook of the paw, just enough to let you know she wants attention before she goes back to being unbothered. She is an easy ambassador for the breed, comfortable with kids and puppies alike, and impossible not to adore.

Meet the Sire - Forest

Forest is a red and white Siberian Husky, GCHB, with an Owner Handler Best in Show to his name alongside CGC, Novice Trick, and Novice Rally titles. He is proof that a dog can be serious in the ring and easy everywhere else. Through this breeding, Forest was a genuine pleasure to have around. He and Reba share the same low-key nature, content to curl up together for most of a day and offer a kiss when the mood strikes. He is friendly with everyone he meets, and there is nothing forced about the way he moves through a yard or a room. Easy company, easy temperament, and we're grateful for the time spent with him for this pairing.

What to Expect
Colors
Color in this litter is about as predictable as it gets. Reba and Forest are both red and white, and every puppy is expected to follow suit, with brown to amber eyes across the board.

Size
Reba runs on the larger side (height) for a female, and Forest sits solidly medium within the standard. Together, they should moderate toward a true-to-standard size rather than either extreme. Standard weight is 35-50 lbs for females, 45-60 lbs for males.

Temperament
Expect athletic, smart, and engaged dogs with quick minds and a genuine eagerness to work with their people. The through line for this pairing are puppies that are trainable, adaptable, and deeply connected to their people. Both parents share an easy, unbothered nature at home, and we expect that steadiness to show up in the litter alongside the drive.

Show Prospects
We are hopeful for show prospects in this litter. Show and full rights on any puppy require approval from all breeders involved in the pairing, subject to co-ownership agreement.

Timing
This litter is expected in early September 2026. Puppies would be expected to go home in November 2026. Approved families will be kept updated throughout the pregnancy and litter development.
